TCS’ SwiftLink Customer Support Services (CSS) helps protect your investment with TCS participation in your ongoing technical, operational, and maintenance activities. SwiftLink CSS is the key to extending and enhancing the effective life of SwiftLink products and end-to-end network solutions.

SwiftLink CSS complements your resources with our trained technical and maintenance experts. Partnering with TCS enables your communications engineers and users to maximize system availability. Options include:

  • SwiftLink CSS Basic Coverage
  • SwiftLink CSS Expanded Coverage
  • SwiftLink CSS Premium Coverage

Benefits of SwiftLink CSS Coverage

SwiftLink is designed to provide reach-back communications from the field to central operations facilities. Deployed into harsh conditions, SwiftLink COTS terminals stand up and deliver time and time again. SwiftLink CSS plans are designed to enhance your technical support and depot maintenance activities, ensuring that SwiftLink is ready for each new mission.

Basic Coverage

TCS’ basic coverage provides telephone support to assist customers with remote diagnostics and technical assistance 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Support also is provided via e-mail and Web-based documentation.

Expanded Coverage

TCS also offers expanded coverage that provides 24/7 telephone, e-mail, and Web-based support to assist customers with remote diagnosis and answer technical questions. As an important aspect of maintainability and availability, the expanded coverage includes SwiftLink Depot Refurbishment services, comprising one planned refurbishment activity during the 12-month service term, with a guaranteed five business day turn-around. Additional features include:

  • SwiftLink parts inventory access, to expedite replacement of damaged system components
  • On-site TCS technical support that puts us on-call to travel to your facility one time during the 12-month service term
  • Expanded service documentation

Premium Coverage

TCS offers premium coverage that includes all the services provided by the expanded coverage, plus the following additional features:

  • Enhanced telephone support that provides immediate access to TCS
  • SwiftLink technical experts
  • Enhanced SwiftLink Depot services, comprising an additional planned refurbishment activity during the 12-month service period
  • SwiftLink Depot Quick Exchance Program, ensures you receive a refurbished SwiftLink terminal for use while yours is being serviced by TCS
  • On-site TCS technical support that puts us on-call to travel to your facility two times during the 12-month service term
