The SwiftLink® 2510 [SLICK] (Secure Lightweight Interoperable Communications Kit) is the next step in highly mobile wireless communication gear. SwiftLink 2510 [SLICK] greatly reduces the weight and size associated with deployable systems.  It supports rapid response team needs for reliable commercial or U.S. government type encryption, remote location networking, and broadband Internet Protocol (IP) global area networking.

SwiftLink 2510 [SLICK] provides secure and non-secure communications over any IP-based network, fits inside a standard laptop computer case, and weighs approximately five pounds (2.3 kilograms).  It was specially designed for military and emergency response communicators who want to meet communications security (COMSEC) requirements.  Also built to meet information security (IPSEC) government requirements, the SwiftLink 2510 [SLICK] is a “must-have” small team-sized IP kit that provides configurable RED/BLACK communications.  It has easily accessible ports to support IP telephony or software Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) applications, data, and video connections.

The SwiftLink 2510 [SLICK] is designed to be interoperable with any IP-based encryption and comes standard for COMSEC-qualified customers with the L3 Communications, Inc. Talon-brand Type 1 encryption card. TCS selected the Talon PCMCIA form-factor product for integration into the SwiftLink 2510 [SLICK] because of the HAIPE and SCIP compatibility and the flexibility of network interfaces supported.

• Supplies performance enhancing proxy (PEP) for secure connected users

• FIPS 140-2 certified Firewall/VPN appliance for WAN connection point
• Operates on 110/220 VAC or 10-32 VDC
• Measures 6” x 11” x 4.5” (15.2 cm x 27.9 cm x 11.4 cm)
• Weighs approximately 5 lbs (2.3 kg)
• Operates in environments of –40˚C to +60˚C
• Can also host secure and non-secure IP telephony, such as softphone, video, and data transmission
